A strong advocate for nature-friendly viticulture, Aci does not use any chemicals. Instead, he enhances biodiversity by keeping horses and using only natural resources to protect the vineyard. Aci discovered the methods of biodynamics in 1998 through his agriculture research. As a result, he started making wine without sulphur. Working only by hand with the help of his family, he cultivates old vines of Kerner, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir and Blaufrankisch. He believes his hands-off approach to making wine, is the only way in which nature is brought to life.
