Piergraziano Sanna. No roots in Mamoiada, no family heritage in viticulture. Tourist entrepreneur in San Teodoro, born in Nuoro, in 2016 he decided to change his life.

He buys a small house in the center of the village of Mamoiada and a small, abandoned vineyard of just over 1 hectare, trained as a sapling in the locality of Sa 'e Ghipadu, in the kingdom of Cannonau (in addition to the red grapes also a few rows of white Granazza).

Without experience in the field or any enological training, he opts for an orthodox non-interventionism, showing once again how wine is not the result of technique but only of sensitivity and creativity.

His philosophy is as simple as it is powerful. A lot of manual and meticulous work in the vineyard and then hand-picked grapes (with some integration from the more than onehundred-year-old vineyards of the neighbours), pressed and placed in old tonneaux to settle with long macerations. Altogether, without any filtration, without any subtraction and without decanting. Only when it's time to bottle, a quick passage in steel, aeration and just a homeopathic dose of sulphur. Very few bottles, a red, a white and a rosé, all characterized, contrary to what one would expect in the centre of Sardinia, by an unusual and unsettling freshness.
